Why order from a brick and mortar store?
Unfortunately, there are many pitfalls to ordering or buying flowers, especially online. When ordering online, there is the danger of running into unscrupulous businesses that frankly don't care about your satisfaction. These are the so-called "order gatherers" who are essentially call centers that operate by redirecting orders. The quality of these flowers is often sub-par, and you will inevitably end up overpaying. Another danger comes from finding flowers in the supermarket, or big box stores. While these are okay for "quick pick" bouquets that only need to last a day or so, they fall far short of the quality and longevity found in the flowers of a real florist. If you want flowers that will last and stay beautiful, go with a brick and mortar store.

What should I know about basic flower care?
There are a few simple steps that can be taken to ensure freshness and longevity for your new flowers. Flowers should be kept in a cool location, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Water should be changed every few days, and foam should be kept moist daily. Preservative should be used in the water to keep the flowers healthy.

What is our policy if we deliver and no one is home?
If we deliver to a house with no one home, and the weather is good, the delivery will be left at the home in a place where the recipient is sure to see it. If there is inclement weather that day, we will try to find a neighbor who will agree to take the piece and give it to the recipient when they get home. If no neighbor can be found, we will leave a tag on the front door telling the recipient of the attempted delivery, and giving our shop's phone number so that a redelivery can be scheduled.

We will create something that looks as close as possible to the picture you are looking at, and any substitutions necessary will be to the benefit of the sender.
